Growth on inside of dogs mouth? - dog growth in mouth inside lip

My dog has a cauliflower growth in the lower lip and tongue. No idea what it is and what to do with it?

You can warts. It is usually not a problem if they are cancer or physically impaired eating and drinking. It's a good idea for new nodes and bumps by your vet checked for the case.

I had a dog, what he speaks. The growth of cauliflowers in his upper gums above the teeth. The retired veterinarian and had to try. He said it was a kind of benign tumor.
