I'm in an offer on a foreclosure home. Contract received from a bank, "the seller said it was my responsibility to ensure, that the title is clear and no outstanding tax liens, the rights of association, etc. .. in the house or it will be my task.

How can I ensure that the house is clean
(1) Clean Title
(2) No property tax is overdue
(3) No links / association fees, etc.

How about cost? and how long it takes to do this research?
